Do I have to start with a Wellness Check
Can I implement on my own after the Wellness Check
Yes. You will receive a clear plan you can implement. If you decide you want help executing, your Wellness Check can be credited toward Website Care if you book within 14 days.
What platforms do you support
We support most major platforms. Please book a call or send us a quick email to answer any questions you may have.
What if I need more time than a Day or Week
You can stack care. Add another day, add a second week, or apply for a month.
Do you offer refunds if we finish early
Will you do everything on my wish list
We prioritize what moves the needle most. Your primary goals come first. Then we use remaining time for additional improvements. If we approve it in your package and need another day to complete you will not be charged for additional days.
Is this a full brand identity from scratch
Website Care is built for upgrades, refreshes, and implementation. Full brand identity work is scoped separately. That being said, with 1 website day we could focus on a new brand palette and premium font pairing. With 1 week we can do light brand strategy and update your website with your new brand.
