A strategic call to review your care plan, goals, priorities, and what we’ll complete during your treatment, Care Day, or Care Week.

Your care plan updates and refinement plan​

Depending on your care focus, we may work on copy, design, layout, tech, mobile, forms, buttons, pages, content, or overall site polish.

Full support during your care time

This is a fully collaborative experience to finally get your vision up. We’ll be available via text, slack, email or any chat during your care time to provide progress check ins during the day.

Desktop and mobile review

We check the work across key screen sizes so your site feels better where people actually view it.

Handoff Recap

You’ll receive a clear recap of what was done, what changed, and any next recommendations, video walkthroughs or docs.

Do I have to know exactly what I need?
No. You can send what feels off, what you’re trying to improve, and what you want your site to help with. We’ll help recommend the right care focus.
Perfect. Send the list. We’ll prioritize the highest-impact items first and let you know whether it fits a Care Day or would be better as a Care Week.
If your request needs more time than a day we can recommend a Care Week to handle multiple updates.

We work across common website and marketing platforms, including WordPress, Showit, Squarespace, Flodesk, and more. If your setup is unusual, send it through the request form and we’ll confirm.

Yes, we can refine and polish website copy as part of a Care Day. Full copywriting for multiple pages or brand-new offers may need a Care Week or larger project.
Sometimes. Website Care is for improving what you already have. So iff your site needs to be rebuilt from the ground up, we usually recommend a homepage makeover, full site refresh or multiple care weeks.
Before we start your official day we’ll coordinate with you to gain temporary access to any sites, brand assets, page links, copy or offer details during your pre-care call.
If it takes us longer to finish your website care you will not be charged for more days.
