What’s the difference between Site Arrival and Brand + Site Arrival?

Site Arrival is for businesses that already have enough of a visual foundation to move into a new website. Brand + Site Arrival is for businesses that need deeper brand support before building the site.

Do I need a full brand to book Site Arrival?

No. You do need enough to guide the site, like an existing logo or a general direction. We’ll still create fonts, colors, and styling for the website so everything feels cohesive.

Is copywriting included?

We shape the messaging and website copy direction with you so the site feels clear and aligned. If you want a fuller copywriting scope, that can be discussed on your fit call.

Do you host the website?

If you choose to host with us and have your site built in WordPress, you’ll own your website and your account, but we’ll watch over and manage the hosting and updates for $29/mo.

What do I really need to start?

You don’t need a perfectly “finished” offer. That’s included.
You just need:

a general sense of what you want to offer
any existing brand assets (if you have them)
a few examples of websites you love (we’ll curate the rest)
Brand photos are also fantastic to have and would recommend having your brand call before your brand photoshoot if you have one scheduled.

Can I make edits myself after launch?

Yes. You’ll receive a training video so you can make simple edits after the site goes live.

What if I’m still figuring things out?

That’s okay. Part of the process is helping you get clearer on what the site needs to say and do before we build.
