How customized is my website?

The website is going to be customized to you based on the feedback you provide after you checkout in the questionnaire. We want to make sure you love the layout and initial direction but take your notes to make it yours.

What is SEOLyte

With SEOlyte we setup your meta tags and descriptions. This is the information that would show up when someone searches for you or a service in your field on google.

Do I need separate hosting?

No, hosting is included in your plan! Fast, secure, reliable hosting is included in your plan.

How long does the entire process take?

It takes 2 business days to get your preview and the entire process takes around 5 – 10 business days to go live.

What do I need to do?

We are here to get your vision online! Just pick your layout, give us style direction and tell us about your business. We take care of putting your site together! Your website success manager will also make sure that we have everything we need to connect your domain and go live when you are ready!

What is your 100% Happiness Guarantee?

We will do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your preview within the 3 revisions to get you exactly what you’re looking for. In the event you are still unsure with your selection

What is a website success manager?

After you sign up you’ll get an email from your website success manager who you will guide you through the journey of getting online.

What happens after I checkout?

After checkout you will be directed to a questionnaire with easy (and fun!) to answer questions about your business. We’ll also ask you for more style direction to make sure we know what you’re looking for.

How many updates do I get a month?

If you have a new text update, image update, want to move sections around or have a new product. Just send it over! Text updates are unlimited, we’ll add one new service a month or 10 new products a month.

Just send us the info via email at updates@dreamsyte.com and we’ll get it handled for you! (does not rollover).

Can I download my website?

You can download any contacts you collect, but you can not download your website and move it to another location.

Can I make updates on my own?

Yes you can! Use the easy drag and drop editor to make your website updates whenever you like.

Do you write the website copy?

We’ll provide the first draft of your website copy based off of your worksheet submissions. You may request copy changes using the 3 rounds of revisions. If you need help strategizing your brand copy, we’re more than happy to setup a strategy call for an additional cost.

Are meeting calls included?

all purchased will include 2 complimentary consultation calls. One 15min get-to-know-you call is included at sign-up, and one 15min call after website preview during 1st round of revisions. All other revisions will be done via email. If you would like to discuss and strategize further via phone, we’re more than happy to setup a strategy call for an additional cost.
